Please note that I do not license or sell the rights to any of my designs. All rights are retained by Erin Bradley and the copyright remains with Erin Bradley. By purchasing one of my designs you are being granted permission to use the graphic(s) in your personal & small handmade business projects.; the copyright doesn't transfer to the buyer and you may not resell or share any of the files.
Commercial use is restricted to small, handmade companies (i.e. selling on etsy, TeachersPayTeachers, your own website, craft shows, etc.) and must fall under one of the "ACCEPTABLE" categories listed below.
If you sell wholesale or outsource your work to larger companies you may NOT use my designs. If you are unsure what category your work falls into please do not hesitate to contact me before placing your order.
ACCEPTABLE PERSONAL USE PROJECTS
For the most part any personal use projects are OK as long as the information found under the "additional terms" heading is followed. Sharing layouts you make with the graphics is OK as long as you are sharing with friends/family or in a private facebook group (just no posting a freebie or printable for anyone on the web to download).
ACCEPTABLE COMMERCIAL USE PROJECTS
For commercial use you may only use the graphics as part of your design. Unless you are selling printed stickers or nail art, under no circumstances can the graphics be resold as is, printed and resold, or be sold on their own in any way, shape or form.
Printed & Digital Papers Goods: You MAY use the graphics in invitations, stationery, party printables, photo cards, monthly baby tee stickers, organizers, planners, teacher's resources, classroom materials and similar items. Digital files must be flattened and sold in PDF or JPG formats.
Graphic Design: You MAY use the graphics in graphic design/branding services such as logo designs, etsy shop sets, made-to-match services and to create branding/marketing materials for both yourself and for clients.
Web/Blog Design: You MAY use the graphics in web/blog design and branding for both yourself and for clients.
TeachersPayTeachers: You MAY use the graphics for products sold on TpT and similar websites as long as digital files are flattened and sold in PDF or JPG formats.
Other Acceptable Uses: Small, handmade products. You may print and use the graphics to create things such as magnets, planner stickers, nail art, jewelry, picture frames, paperclips, banners and similar items as long as the graphics are only a part of your project and you are not printing and reselling them as is (two exceptions are printed stickers and nail art - you may print and resell these).
UNACCEPTABLE COMMERCIAL USE PROJECTS
This is just a partial list of the ways the graphics cannot be used. If your project does not fall under one of the acceptable categories above it is to be assumed that the project instead falls under the unacceptable category and you may not use the graphics.
Apparel: You MAY NOT use the graphics on any apparel items.
Publications: You MAY NOT use the graphics in any printed or ebook publications or resources, unless it is for TpT.
CafePress, Zazzle and Similar Companies: You MAY NOT use the graphics at any print on demand shops or websites.
iPhone/iPad/Android: You MAY NOT use the graphics in or on any apps or create commercial use wallpapers.
Collage Sheets: You MAY NOT use the graphics to create collage sheets that are sold for commercial use. It is OK to make collage sheets that are sold for personal use, however.
Digital Embroidery Designs: You MAY NOT use the graphics or digitize them for any digital embroidery applications.
Fabric: You MAY NOT use the graphics to create any fabric or fabric patterns.
Digital Scrapbooking: You MAY NOT use the graphics to create and sell any digital scrapbooking kits, however the graphics CAN be use for your own digital scrapbooking purposes.
Clipart/Digital Paper Sets: You MAY NOT modify or sell the designs in any clipart or digital paper sets.
Credit is required for commercial use.
You can credit the designs back with the following:
"© Erin Bradley | www.erinbradleydesigns.com"
This must be noted wherever the product is being sold (etsy listings, website listings, etc.). If you would rather not credit the designs back you can instead purchase the "commercial use - no credit required" option.
The design copyright remains with Erin Bradley. By purchasing these graphics you are being granted permission to use the designs but the copyright is not transferred to you nor is the permission to use the graphics transferrable from you to another party.
You may not copyright my graphics, artwork or templates in any way, shape or form. I do not authorize copyright use for derivative work.
You may not share or redistribute the PNG/JPG files to any other parties or claim the designs as your own.
You cannot alter the files in any way, shape or form (i.e. changing colors, layouts, adding elements to the illustrations, etc.)
Digital files MUST be flattened before being sent to your customer.
You are responsible for having the proper software to use the graphics (Adobe products such as Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver are recommended). If you are unsure whether or not your software will work please download a freebie to try first.
Files will come in a zip folder - you must have the ability to open this type of file.
These terms may be modified at any time without any prior notice.
You are responsible for having the ability to unzip/extract the zip file your order will come in. On PC's you can usually right click on the zip and go to "extract all". On a Mac you can double click to open it up. Please note if this isn't done before you try to use the graphics you may get an error message.
You will also need design software that supports PNG & JPG files and have the know how to use your program. I recommend Adobe software. If you are unsure whether or not your software will work please download a freebie to try first. If you are new to design and unsure how to use the graphics I recommend looking up tutorials online and watching videos on You Tube. There are some great resources out there!
Please note colors may vary between what you see on your screen and what prints out. All monitors display color differently and all printers print differently. Please note I am not able to calibrate any colors to work specifically with your printer or change any colors/shades on the designs. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. For the best results I recommend printing on the highest print setting your printer offers, using genuine ink & a high quality paper.
Please also note none of my clipart and digital paper sets are editable in the sense that colors and layouts can be modified. EPS files are not for sale on any of my designs.
